Are your shoes authentic?
Yes! We provide a 100% money back
authenticity guarantee on all of the
shoes on our website. Please
understand that shoes are shipped
directly from third party
warehouses. We make every attempt to
only work with accredited and
licensed warehouses, however if in
case you think the shoes you
received may not be authentic, we
simply ask that you return them to
us for a full refund.

How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping is always FREE to any
country we ship to with no
exceptions.

How are shoes packaged?
Purchases are shipped directly from
one of our independent distributors,
and are all packaged in its original
box. Be aware that shoe boxes
sometimes become damaged due to poor
handling by shipping agents.

How long will it take before I
receive my order?
As stated in our terms and
conditions, processing takes 5-6
business days and
delivery takes up to 14
business days. In total
that is up to 21 business days from
the time we receive payment untill
it arrives at your shipping
destination.
Often times the shipping process is
much faster and it only takes 3-4
days from the time we process your
order, however we reserve the right
to take up to 14 business days
because at times there are
circumstances out of control that
delay the shipping process. Rest
assured, we make every attempt to
get your order to you as fast as
possible.
Please note, we are unable to send
express shipping or 'speed' up your
order in anyway. If you need your
shoes before the 21 business days,
then we reccomend you do not place
your order.

How do I know what size to order?
All footwear in our online catalog
is true to size. Meaning if you wear
a size 10, our products are no
different in size then the ones you
would buy at the store.

How come I haven't received my
refund yet?
We process all refunds within 24
hours. If you paid using paypal, all
refunds are immediate and you should
see them in your account. If you do
not, sometimes our staff do make
mistakes and we will double check to
make sure a refund was issued. If we
are certain a refund has been
issued, we will provide you with a
reference number so you can contact
paypal and ask them how come they
have not credited your account yet.
If you paid using credit card,
refunds are not instant. All Visa
transactions are processed monday
through friday, at 12:00am EST. Once
your refund has been processed by
Visa, your issuing bank must accept
the refund, then post the funds to
your account. If it has been longer
then 5 business days, and the funds
are still not showing on your credit
card, please contact us and we will
provide you with the transaction ID
so that you can contact your issuing
bank and inquire about the funds.
We do want to remind you, that we
are here to work with
you. We will always assist you in
anyway possible to resolve any
issue.

There is a problem with the shoes I
have received, what should I do?
Unfortunately we do not offer
exchanges, only refunds. If you
would like to return your shoes and
receive a refund please login to
your account and fill out a Return
Request (RMA). Once we receive your
return request we will provide you
with further intructions. If you do
not include your RMA number we may
not be able to accpet the parcel or
issue a refund. More over, we only
accept returns from United States
Postal Service (USPS). If you use
another courier (UPS, Fed Ex, DHL
etc) we may not be able to accept
your return and it will be sent back
to you.

I made a mistake with my order and
it's status says Shipped, what
should I do?
At this point the shoes have already
left and we can not make changes to
the order. Please wait untill you
receive your shoes, then login to
your account and fill out a Return
Request. You can find the Return
Request form by logging into your
account, beside your order there is
a "Return" button. Fill out the form
on the following page.

When do I get my tracking number?
As soon as we receive a tracking
number from our shipping carrier, we
will immediately add that
information to your order as well as
email it to you. Remember, we will
not receive this information untill
your order has arrived within your
continent, so if you are located in
the United Kingdom, we may not
receive it untill 2-3 days AFTER
your order has been processed.

Why are so many products out of
stock?
The reason we list a lot of our out
of stock products is for
informational purposes. Most items
that are not in stock, will not be
available again. We continue to list
these out of stock products on our
website to offer information and
entertainment purposes only.

Do you do wholesale?
Purchases of ten merchandises or
more qualify under our wholesale
program and pricing. This price list
can be requested by forwarding an
email to wholesale@omarskicks.com.
For wholesale purchases, we would
only be able to accept payments
through bank wire transfer.
